OUR POLICIES

At Forté Salon, we go above and beyond to ensure every guest has the best experience possible  from the moment you walk through our doors to the moment you leave. To help us provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. We take the time to provide a thorough consultation before every appointment to ensure both the stylist and guest are aligned on the desired results, service plan, and pricing prior to beginning any service.

Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and satisfied with their hair. If there is anything you would like adjusted, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your concerns and do our best to accommodate an adjustment if appropriate. Adjustments requested after 7 days will no longer be available.

Photography Policy

At Forté Salon, we love capturing and showcasing our work through photos and videos taken during or after appointments for salon marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let a team member know verbally prior to your service, and we will gladly respect your preference.

Late Arrivals

All appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve while keeping the salon running on time for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid delaying the next guest.
